Experience: 2 to 4 Years (Mobile / Electronics Assembly Line PQE)
Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only
SALARY
₹22,000 – ₹30,000/- In-Hand / Month

JOB DESCRIPTION (JD) – PQE ASSEMBLY
Key Responsibilities:
✓ Process Quality Control: Monitor and audit the mobile phone assembly line to ensure compliance with quality standards.
✓ Defect Analysis & Countermeasures: Identify line defects, analyze root causes (using 7 QC Tools), and implement immediate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
✓ Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, update, and ensure strict adherence to SOPs, Checksheets, Control Plans and BOM specifications on the shop floor.
✓ Process Improvement: Implement and maintain 5S/6S workplace organization standards across the assembly floor.
✓ Yield & Defect Tracking: Track daily line rejection rates, first-pass yield (FPY), and prepare daily quality inspection reports.
✓ Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with production, testing, and vendor quality teams to address component-level defects promptly.
