JOB DESCRIPTION – ADMIN UTILITY (HVAC)
Position : Technician / Sr. Technician – HVAC Utility
Location : Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Experience : 2 – 4 Years
Qualification : Diploma / B.Tech
Salary : ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 In-Hand
Depends on interview, experience & technical skills.
Gender : Male Candidates Only
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✓ HVAC system operation, maintenance & troubleshooting.
✓ Complete knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
✓ Preventive & breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment.
✓ Monitor temperature, pressure and other operating parameters.
✓ Handle AHU, FCU, Chiller, Cooling Tower & related HVAC systems.
✓ Identify faults and take corrective actions.
✓ Maintain daily maintenance records and checklists.
✓ Ensure smooth operation of HVAC systems in the facility.
✓ Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
Must have good knowledge of:
✓ DG – Diesel Generator
✓ HT – High Tension
✓ LT – Low Tension
✓ HVAC – Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning
✓ Electrical & Utility Maintenance
✓ Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
REQUIRED SKILLS
✓ Good communication skills
✓ Good technical knowledge
✓ Problem-solving ability
✓ Ability to work in shifts
✓ Teamwork and responsible work attitude
